Mad Libs
For this activity, you will be filling out a Mad Libs worksheet over a quote from Oh, The Places You Will
Go.
Here are some rules to follow while playing the game:
1. Don’t peek at page 2! It will spoil the surprise...
2. Choose a word for each of the prompts listed in column 2, examples are listed in column 1.
3. Use the words you choose in column 2 to fill in the quote on the next page.
4. Read the story out loud… then laugh and have fun!

Oh, The Places You Will Go
is all about adventure and exploring new places! Think about your own
neighborhood. Do you know it well? For this activity, you will explore your own neighborhood by taking
a walk with your whole family (or another family member). You will be tasked with finding various
objects, colors, shapes, etc. Below is a list of objects for you to find. Take a picture with the objects or
draw us a picture of what you saw! You will be surprised by all the small things you have never noticed
before!
