Description: The purpose of the Wireless Voice, Data & Accessories – NASPO contract is provide Cellular
Voice, Data services and Accessories.
Brief Summary of Results: The new contracts were executed via a Participating Addendum (“PA”) with
NASPO Value Point and the State of Utah. The NASPO solicitation was divided into 4 award Categories with
the State of Arizona executing contracts for 3 of the categories.

The initial term of the contracts is from April 1, 2021 to August 11, 2024 and may be used by all Statewide
SPO ALERT
Agencies and Co-Ops. If NASPO exercise their option to extend the contract an additional 5 years, the State
intends to participate and a greater than 5 year determination is in the file.
Note: Sprint has merged with T-Mobile and is governed by amendment two (2) of the T-Mobile Master
Agreement. The intent of the Sprint contract is to allow continued service until such time that those lines of
service have been converted or contractual requirements have expired. Sprint does not intend on offering
new lines of service or phones under this contract.
