- Fee-for-Service, Pay as You Go: great for those wanting to be seen once or twice a year without the commitment of
our direct primary care membership.
- Direct Primary Care Member: for those wanting unlimited visits for a flat monthly fee and unparalleled access to their
doctor.
By not billing insurance companies, we are able to both save you money and provide fair, transparent pricing. Please email

Radiology:
All radiology is done through local, independent clinics (we couldn't keep our prices as low as they are and have an X-ray machine!).
The pricing varies depending on the exam ordered, but our pricing is usually about 10-20% of the usual cost for services. Pricing for
any exam will be discussed when it is ordered. We can submit your insurance with our order, but why would you want us to do that
when we've got such great prices for you?
