Introduction to the EIS Student Center
The EIS Student Center is a one-stop-shop for many student view and update functions. The
student center allows the student to view grades, gpas, schedules, programs and plans, student
finances, basic demographic data, the schedule of classes, and allows the student to register for
classes.

Student Center Page
The EIS Student Center page displays the student's class schedule, allows the student to search
and register for classes, displays links to grades, inquire about account summaries, view holds and
review and update demographic information.

Transcript Information
A student can access/print their unofficial UNT transcript by using the drop down box under
Academics. Choose Unofficial Transcript and click the " >>" icon.
-The Academic Institution is UNT Health Science Center and the Report Type is UNTHSC
Unofficial Transcript. Click "Go"
-Your unofficial UNTHSC transcript will appear. You can print the unofficial transcript by using your
browser's print function.

Personal Information Page
The personal information page allows the student to view and update various student data.
By clicking on the "Demographic Data" link, additional biographical details can be viewed.

Updating Address Information
Click the "Address" link.
Click on the "Edit" icon next to the address that will be updated.

Update the Address and click "OK."
Verify the address appears correctly and click "OK."

Click "Save."
You will receive a confirmation that your update was successful. Click "OK."

Updating Phone Information
Click the "Phone Numbers" link.
Click on the "Add A Phone Number" link.
Choose the Phone Type, enter the new number and click "Save."

Admissions Information
The Admissions page lists all pertinent admission application data, including career, program and
plan a student is applying and the application status. It also summarizes an applicants admission
progression, external education and test summary.
Academic Information
Academic information lists your class schedules, grades, unofficial transcript, as well as when your
will be able to register for classes. Click on the appropriate link for the needed information.

Adding Classes
Click the "Add a Class" link to add classes to your schedule.
Add classes by using the class search function or entering the class number.

If you know the Course Subject Prefix, enter this prefix in the box next to the "select subject"
icon. If you do not know this, click "select subject."

Click "select" next to the subject you are searching for.

After you find the appropriate Subject, you can click search to view all the courses available
for that subject.
Click "Select" next to the course you wish to add to your schedule. To see details about that
particular course and section, click the section link.

Once all of the courses have been placed in your "Enrollment Shopping Cart," click "Proceed
to Step 2 of 3."

Confirm your classes and select "Finish Enrolling."

Review and correct any errors that may have occurred in your registration.
Continue by selecting one of the following options.

Dropping Classes
Click the "Drop a Class" link.
Select the class you wish to drop and click "Drop Selected Classes." Caution: Make sure
you are dropping classes for the correct term.

Confirm that you are dropping the correct classes and click "Finish Dropping."

Finances and Financial Aid Information
View your current balance at a quick glance.

Click on the "Account Inquiry" link to view your account summary, due charges, completed
payments, pending financial aid or to make a payment.

The "Account Inquiry" link will allow you to view your account summary, due charges,
completed payments, pending financial aid or to complete a payment.
Click on the "Make a Payment" tab. Now click on the "Make a Parment by Credit Card or
eCheck" box.

You will receive a message regarding the payment method as well as details about our
third-party payment partner. After carefully reviewing the message, click "Pay Bill."

A new window will open with the QuickPay system appearing. Click on the "Make Payment"
link.
Enter Payment Amount, select Payment Method and click "Continue."
