Job Description-Outside Sales Representative
The position of Outside Sale Representative reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible
for managing a dynamic territory to drive growth of Brightfish Label products. The Outside
Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process including finding
new opportunities, building relationships, and closing new business. Our ideal candidate will
also possess strong negotiation skills, the ability to execute on sales objectives, and provide
exceptional customer service.
Objectives of this Role
• Represent Brightfish Label products and services with an understanding of how to
identify opportunities and tailor our solutions to meet customer needs.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives through the successful
implementation of a territory business plan
• Be highly proactive in prospecting for new business
• Build customer relationships using a consultative sales approach
• Plan and organize an efficient daily work schedule
• Work across all functions of the company to exceed sales objectives and best
serve our customers
Primary Job Responsibilities
• Work within the greater Tampa Bay, FL area to conduct face-to-face meetings
with existing and potential customers to meet sales targets.
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales
calls, and manage a sales cycle to close new business.
• Build an in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct product
presentations and demonstrations
• Utilize CRM to maintain an accurate record of all leads, accounts, activities, and
sales.
• Build strong relationships with our current customers and prospects with
effective use of e-mail, phone, and in-person regarding product information,
quoting/pricing, and order status
• Offer follow-up support to customers in accordance with the company's customer
service policies
• Source new sales opportunities with proactive prospecting
