INTERNATIONAL DAY PASS (IDP) FOR BUSINESS FOR 7 DAYS AT NO COST: Compatible phones only. Availability: Requires active IDP for Business feature on each line. You
can add IDP for Business to the line before your CRU travels or, for CRUs with compatible smartphones only, AT&T will automatically add IDP for Business to the line if (a) the line
has no other international feature; (b) the CRU uses the smartphone in an IDP Destination (see att.com/globalcountries) other than Canada, Mexico or an included Roam Latin
America for Business country (each, a Premium Plan Country); and (c) the CRU incurs at least 5MB in international data roaming usage at pay-per-use rates (see att.com/intlppurates).
Once added, IDP for Business will stay on the line until you remove it. $0 Daily Fee Days: Once IDP for Business is added to a line, the standard $10 daily fee will be reduced to
$0/day for up to 7 days per bill cycle. The rst $0 daily fee day for the line will begin the rst time the CRU uses data, makes or receives a call, or sends a text message in an IDP
Destination that is not a Premium Plan Country and will cover data, calls and text messages for 24 hours from that initial use; the line will then get up to 6 additional $0 daily fee
days, each triggered when the CRU uses their phone in an IDP Destination that is not a Premium Plan Country. Once a line has exhausted all 7 available $0 daily fee days for the
bill cycle, you’ll be charged the standard $10 daily fee for each additional 24-hour period in the bill cycle in which the CRU uses data, makes or receives a call, or sends a text
message in an IDP Destination that is not a Premium Plan Country unless you remove IDP for Business from the line. Text messages received are rated as domestic and do not
trigger a $0 or $10 daily fee; roaming usage in Mexico, Canada, and the Latin American countries found at att.com/latamcountries do not trigger a $0 or $10 daily fee. You will

AT&T terminates connected vehicle service by exercising its rights set forth elsewhere in the Business Agreement. AT&T will provide notice to Customer of termination of
connected vehicle service to any vehicle within 24 hours of termination of service. Customer will have the responsibility of promptly terminating service on any vehicle for which
it transfers title and Customer will bear all costs for the service until such time as the service is terminated pursuant to this termination provision. Transfer of ownership will be
deemed to occur in any of the customary ways such transactions are conducted in the place where the vehicle is located, including, but not limited to, transfer of title for the
vehicle to a third party. Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) AT&T will have no obligation whatsoever to determine the facts or circumstances pertaining to any transfer
of ownership for any vehicle; (b) AT&T may reasonably rely upon the request of a third party or the manufacturer of a vehicle as a basis to terminate service for that vehicle; and
(c) Customer will hold harmless, and not assert any claims against, AT&T regarding any conveyance of any vehicle to which service is provided.
