* It is as important to exclude innocent persons as it is to identify a perpetrator.
* I should not feel compelled to make an identification.
* If an independent administrator is conducting the lineup, they do not know the
perpetrator's identity; if an independent administrator is not being used, I should not
assume the lineup administrator knows which person in the lineup is the perpetrator.
* If recording the lineup is practical, an audio and video recording of myself
and the persons in the lineup will be made for the purpose of accurately
documenting all statements made by myself.
I understand that I am not required to be recorded and may refuse to do so:
* The perpetrator may or may not be presented in the lineup.
