utilizing one of the US Army Corps of Engineers boat ramps. The permit application and permit
conditions form must be filled out before the permit will be approved.

PERMIT CONDITIONS
for
Houseboat Launch/Retrieval
Permittee must pay the required launch fee at the boat ramp or maintain a valid annual pass.
2. No costs will accrue to the Government of the United States.
3.
The Permittee shall save and hold the United States harmless from any and all claims for damages to property and injuries,
including death, to persons which may arise or be incident to the Houseboat Launch/Retrieval.

Permittee will make provisions that the Houseboat Launch/Retrieval will not pre-empt the public use of project the

The Permittee shall not construct any permanent structures on the said permitted property and shall not erect any
temporary structures or advertising signs thereon without the approval of the Park Manager.

This permit is issued for the Houseboat Launch/Retrieval described in the application and is good for that activity only.
9.
Any property of the Government damaged or destroyed incident to the Houseboat Launch/Retieval shall be promptly
repaired or replaced by the Permittee to satisfaction of the Park Manager. In lieu of such repair or replacement, the
permittee may pay money to the Government in the amount sufficient to compensate for the loss sustained by the
Government by reason of damage to or destruction of Government property.

From March
1
to September 30, a houseboat
may not park on boat ramps longer than three days. If more time is required,
arrangements must be made through the appropriate Lake Field Office. Houseboats will only be permitted to set-up and
launch Monday through 5:00 pm Friday, due to traffic congestion on weekends.
Workers must provide their own power sources and not utilize electrical outlets located at fish cleaning stations.
Workers must remove all debris resulting from assembly, maintenance and/or launching of vessels.

All gray and black water drained from vessels must be properly contained, removed from project lands and disposed of in
accordance with Federal and State regulations.
All toxic or hazardous discharge must be properly contained, removed from project lands and disposed of in accordance

Workers must utilize proper safety equipment when working in, under or around vessels, safety shields will not be
removed from power tools and proper fitting safety equipment must be utilized at all times.
