iPhone: Send Picture in Email or Text
Add photos in email:
1. In an email, tap gray arrow or Return to open the format bar.
2. Tap the photo and video button , then choose your photos. You’ll see a
blue checkmark on each photo or video you selected.
The number of photos you can send depends on your email provider. If you’re unable
to send multiple photos, add fewer, then try to send the email again. Contact your
email provider if you have questions.
Add photos in text:
1. From a Home screen, tap Messages .
If an app isn't available on your Home screen, swipe left to access the App Library.
2. Tap the New Message icon (upper-right).
3. From the To field, enter an email
Alternately, enter a contact name, as the name is entered, a matching contact
may appear and can be selected at any time.
Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
4. From the Text Message field, enter a message.
5. Tap the Camera icon (on the left).
6. Aim then tap the Take Picture icon .
Alternatively, press either volume button (left edge of the device).
7. Tap Done (upper-right).
To discard and take a new picture, tap the Retake then repeat step 7.
8. Add text if desired then tap the Send icon .
