Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Does an infant, or child that is held, need a ticket?
A. Yes. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter all Football, Men’s Basketball, and Baseball
games. Women’s Basketball is free for children high school age and under.
Q. What payment options does the MSU Ticket office accept?
A. The Athletic Ticket Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Checks are only
accepted during the renewal process from each sport. Cash is accepted at the Bryan Building Athletic Ticket
Office and at all venues on gameday.
Q. I am a season ticket holder and would like to improve my current seat location. What do I
need to do?
A. To improve your season ticket location for Football, Women's Basketball and Baseball please make a
written, verbal, or online seat request either on your renewal notice, by phone, or internet. Seating requests
are filled based on Bulldog Club priority and will only be filled based on availability. Unfortunately, the ticket
office is not able to fill all seating requests made.
Men’s Basketball seating is handled through the reseating of the Coliseum on an annual basis. Bulldog Club
members are given the right to purchase season Basketball tickets but the location of the seat is determined
on each individual’s rank in the Bulldog Club. Before the season start the Bulldog Club will host a seat
selection week where members will hand select their seats based off of Bulldog Club rank.
Q. Do MSU students need to purchase tickets for athletic events?

will go on sell shortly after the start of the Fall semester on campus. The student must have all holds on

A. Parking is administered through the Ticket office and Bulldog Club for most sports. All persons wanting

the right to restrict donors from ordering a parking pass based on donor levels for each sport. Prices and
locations vary based off vehicle size and the different sports. Please see the 2011 Parking Map

parking locations. The Bulldog Club will assign parking locations based on Bulldog Club rank for that sport.
Men’s Basketball & Baseball parking is also administered by the Ticket Office and Bulldog Club in rank order.
Women’s Basketball parking is open to the public on a first come first serve basis. RV parking is also
