Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City:

• Growth positions - Mercy prioritizes manageable censuses for hospitalists allowing for quality work, shorter lengths of

stay and better discharge efficiency.

• Hospitalists work 7-on/7-off shifts:

o Days: 7 AM – 7 PM (team of rounders and 1 admitter - admitting shift rotates)

o Swing: 12 PM - 12 AM (1 swing shift rotates as needed)

• EPIC EMR

• IBM Watson Top 100 Hospital (six times)

• Seamless transition of care from one team to the next – focused on quality patient care, reduced lengths of stay and

comprehensive care plan

• Providing clinical services at one hospital location, with the ability to moonlight at other Mercy Hospitals in St. Louis

and surrounding area
