network folder. You can preview the fi rst page, rescan the document if
necessary and print a confi rmation page with delivery status andtime.
Scan Center Basic: Lexmark Scan Center enables users to review,
enhance and index images, then route to multiple destinations using an
intuitive, touch screen interface. Users can quickly create high-quality
images and confi rm their delivery with thumbnails—all without using a
computer desktop.
Scan to Network Premium: The premium version of Lexmark Scan to
Network optimizes image quality with automated preview and cleanup
tools; add or remove pages; remove blank pages to reduce fi le size;
and index the fi le through on-screen prompts, bar code capability or a
combination ofboth.
Scan Center Premium: Lexmark Scan Center Premium offers more precise
control over fi le naming and imaging, as well as support for more scan
destinations. Users scan a paper document once, quickly optimize the
digital image quality and then route the fi le to multiple destinations
simultaneously using a single, intuitive interface.
Multi Send: The Lexmark Multi Send app lets you scan
a paper document once and route the digital image fi le
to multiple destinations simultaneously. With the tap of
a button, scanned documents are quickly delivered to
email addresses, network folders, FTP sites, fax machines,
electronic document and more.
Solution Composer: Use the application to build custom
workfl ow solutions for multifunction products running the
Solution Composer Agent ranging from one- or two-step
processes to more complex workfl ows involving branching,
index fi les, and multiple user prompts.
AccuRead Automate: Lexmark’s AccuRead Automate app
enables a Lexmark smart multi-function product (MFP) to
capture, automatically classify and route documents, while
extracting key information for fi le naming and indexing.
It’s the only technology that runs on your Lexmark MFP,
saving the cost and management of an additional server
while keeping all activity within your network and behind
your fi rewall.
