Guruvayur Devaswom invites sealed EOI in the prescribed format from reputed
companies/agencies for Videography and Live Streaming of Guruvayur Temple Festival- 2024
(21 -02-24 to 01- 03-2024) as an offering to Lord Guruvayurappan.
CRITERIA
1. Reputed companies/agencies with 3 years of experience in telecasting
Similar Works related temple rituals.
2. Companies / Agencies who has associated with Guruvayur Devaswom for Live
Streaming given preference.
A. SCOPE OF WORK
1.
The company/agency shall shoot the events with at least 5 FULL HD cameras
supporting WIFI to capture videos of Seeveli Inside Temple, Stage Program (Melpathur,
Special Stage), Pallivetta and Aarattu Ezhunnallippu.
2.
The sound should be captured clearly by attaching the mic or any other means.
3.
Provide live HD adaptive streaming services from 5am till program ends with live feeds only
for Guruvayur Devaswom Official Youtube channel without any interruption. Guruvayur
Devaswom logo should be added on live streaming.
4.
Set up all necessary equipment (laptops, Wi-Fi router, camera, video mixer, editor,
wires etc.)in the premises with required production crew members.
5.
The selected company/agency shall have own high speed internet, Devaswom will only
provide a single 100 Mbps connection can be used as back up connection.
6.
The company/agency shall provide 4-nos LED tv (55 Inch) and two LED wall (15*8,120
sqft each) and supported sound system for two led walls placed at different locations. One
in south west corner, other in north east corner.
7.
The company/agency also provide un interrupted live feed to 4 LED TV and 2 LED
walls and to The LED wall of Guruvayur Devaswom LED Screen located at south nada

Only hindu crew members are allowed to work inside the temple.
Task & responsibilities:
Pre-Event:
The entire setup shall be made operational one day before the commencement
of event. But the Core Team with one Project Leader shall start working prior to
everyday program so that they can interact with Festival / Programme
Coordinator to edit matters of each day event and to run the livestreaming of
event smoothly.
Test check to be conducted every day at least 2 hours prior to the event starting
time at the auditorium.
Dedicated Internet Connection: The company/agency should make their own
arrangements for internet facility for streaming HD quality live streaming.
The Selected company/agency shall be responsible for creating a safe pathway
for any/all cabling at the event venue. It is expected that the doors at the
entrance, exit green rooms or access to the stage are kept clear from all cables
and as such no cabling & cable ramps shall be used on the floor at this location
of the building.
The company/agency should carry own video cameras, cables & patches and
all other materials required for the work.
The necessary load testing should also be carried out so that web streaming
event meets the demand and goes through smoothly with good performance.
During the Event
The company/agency shall shoot the events with at least 5 full HD cameras supporting
wifi.
Audio out may be taken from the mixer output at auditorium and for the rest of the
places sound should be captured clearly by attaching mic/any other means.
Guruvayur Devaswom logo should be added on live streaming.
Live streaming production and streaming should be of full HD and the
streaming should be done.
The company/agency make sure the live streaming and displaying of same
event in 55” LED TV and Devaswom LED wall.
Delivery of Services by the company/agency (Brief Description to the
above requirements for livestream)
Arrange for own transport to the event locations and food, drinks, and
accommodation for production crew members.
Set up all necessary equipment (laptops, Wi-Fi router, camera, video mixer,
wires etc.) in the premises Melpathur Auditorium.
Availability at short notice.
Ownership and Content Rights
The Licensed and/or copyrighted data shall be governed by the terms and
conditions identified in the Contract and Guruvayur Devaswom shall have full
rights.
The ownership and content rights shall be reserved and shall be of Guruvayur
Devaswom. The company/agency shall ensure that the contents are not put
to monetize by any company/agency/channel used without prior approval of
Guruvayur Devaswom. The company/agency should ensure the content in
streaming platform should only be the live stream of events related to Temple
Festival. The company/agency is allowed to live stream the video. The
company/agency can’t use the recorded video in future.
Photos/ Digital Images/ Clippings should not be passed on to any
company/agency/persons/online channels without the permission from
Guruvayur Devaswom.
Last date for submitting the proposal is 1 6 / 02 / 2024 3pm.
