Seyon Management Selected by BentallGreenOak to Manage 151,200 SF Portfolio
in Mansfield, MA; Announces addition of Megan Calabrese as new Chief Services
Officer
Boston, MA (September 7, 2022) – Seyon Management (“SM”) announced it was selected by
BentallGreenOak (“BGO”) to manage 44 Cabot Boulevard and 600 West Street in Mansfield,
MA (“Portfolio”). This two-building industrial/light manufacturing Portfolio is located within
Cabot Business Park in Greater Boston’s 495 South market.
Built in 2022, 44 Cabot Boulevard features a total of 60,000 RSF on a 10-acre lot and includes
16 loading docks and a 24’ clear height, and 118 parking spaces.
Built in 2017, 600 West Street features 91,200 RSF on a 6.3-acre lot and includes 9 loading
docks, a 32’ clear High Bay Warehouse, and 104 parking spaces.
Megan Calabrese, CSO
Megan Calabrese has joined SM as the new Chief Services Officer. Megan will be responsible
for management and oversight of the Property Management and Project Management teams.
Megan has over 20 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, spanning across various asset
classes and within all aspects of real estate management services for third party clients and
owner operated assets.

Prior to joining SM, Megan was the Director of Property Management for Foxrock Properties
where she oversaw the operational, financial, capital, and strategic functions of the department
while leading a team of property management staff that managed over 4 million square feet
of commercial office, medical and industrial assets in the Northeast and Florida markets.
