brochure highlights all of your fabulous member
amenities and guidelines. We look forward to making

PURCHASING EXTRA TICKETS
The Fox Club Membership team is your source for
ticketing at the Fabulous Fox Theatre and is an exclu-
sive service for our members. When placing a ticket
order through the Membership Office, the name on the
credit card must match the name on the member account.
Fox Broadway Club Members may now purchase extra
tickets for all series shows and specials before the pub-
lic on sale. In addition to your membership tickets, you
may purchase up to 8 additional tickets to HAMILTON.
Tickets for all Broadway shows will go on sale to the
public in early September, with the exception of
HAMILTON and Disney’s THE LION KING.
• The easiest way to purchase additional tickets is

and use your exclusive membership only promo
code CLUB2021. When purchasing for HAMILTON,
you will need to use the unique code at the bottom of
your personalized letter

note: the Fabulous Fox Box Office is currently closed.
We plan to reopen after Labor Day with limited hours.
FOX CONCERTS
Exclusive to members, the Fox Club Membership
Office will offer a limited window of opportunity to
purchase tickets for select concerts and one-night
performances exclusively online in real time with a
members-only promo code through The Fox Theatre’s
official ticket provider, MetroTix. A promo code for each
special offer will be emailed in advance of the presale.
• We cannot always guarantee the 1st five row tickets for
non-Broadway shows for a number of reasons: many
shows have only one performance; concerts are often
booked on short notice; some performers have their
own fan club ticketing priority requirements. We will
strive to provide the best available tickets.
• Fox Club access is included and parking is available
for $15 in the reserved member level based on club
availability/capacity.
TICKET EXCHANGE**
If you cannot attend your regularly scheduled perform-
ance, you may exchange your tickets to another per-
formance of the same show. We will do our best to keep
you in the Club area, however it may not be possible
unless other Club members are moving as well. Please
contact the Membership Office as soon as a scheduling
conflict arises.
SWAP TWO**
SWAP up to TWO shows from the 2021-2022 U.S.
Bank Broadway Series and choose another from the
remaining season ticket shows or from the five
Broadway Specials.
SPECIAL NOTE
**Prices vary by show and by performance and may
change without notice. Additional ticket costs may be due
when swapping or exchanging tickets. All exchanges,
purchases, swaps and extra tickets completed online or
by phone by September 15th will be adjusted and/or
included when your season tickets are delivered
(mailed, emailed to you to print-at-home or sent to you
via mobile delivery) mid-October.
MOBILE TICKET DELIVERY
• Mobile tickets with a link to view are issued from
[email protected]. Then download your
tickets to save and view offline in your mobile
PASSBOOK: Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google
Pay on Android. Most mobile devices come standard
with these applications. If yours does not, please
download from your app store.
• Please download and save your tickets before you
arrive to prevent delays entering the venue. Wi-Fi or
data network access is necessary to open your tickets
for the first time.
PRINT-YOUR-OWN TICKET DELIVERY
• “PYO” tickets are issued from [email protected]
with a link to view and download your tickets. Print
directly from your web browser or use Adobe Acrobat
reader, version 4 or above, or a similar program to
print your tickets.
• Please download and print your tickets before you
arrive to prevent delays entering the theatre.
• Print ONE ticket per sheet on standard 8.5x11 white
paper. Your tickets may be printed in either black &
white or color ink. Please be sure the printed barcode
on each ticket is not distorted.
• Print-Your-Own tickets are not formatted to scan from
your mobile device, so please print your tickets.
SHOW REMINDERS & MEMBERSHIP
NOTICES
The Fox Club Membership Office will email show
reminders before each Broadway show, and member-
ship notices as needed. We use Constant Contact as our
email marketing service. The emails will come directly
from the Fox Club Membership Office and are clearly
marked. To keep receiving email from us, please add
[email protected] to your address book.
PARKING
Exclusive reserved parking for members is located on the
first level of the Fox Garage across the street from the
Fox Club entrance. For the fastest route to the Fox Garage
and to help avoid pre-show traffic, type into your GPS:
3637 Washington Blvd. 63103. Members will enter
and exit through the West Entrance (blue). Present your
show-specific blue parking pass to the parking attendant
as you enter the garage through the west entrance.
When purchasing tickets to the Broadway Specials,
parking is included. Additional prepaid parking is
available for $15 for the U.S. Bank Broadway Season
shows, concerts and other events. Reserved parking on
the member level is based on availability.

Your Fox Broadway Club Membership tickets for
the shows listed above include Fox Club access,
Fox Garage parking on the reserved member level
and exchange & SWAP privileges. The Fox Broadway
Club seating area and private Fox Club level have
limited capacity. Any additional tickets purchased for
these shows will be located outside of the first five
rows, and access to the private Fox Club level may
not be available. We will do our best to accommodate
children attending with parents. Additional parking
in the Fox Garage is available for $15, and reserved
parking on the member level is based on availability.

When purchasing tickets for the Broadway Specials,
all price levels are available. Your Membership seats
are not guaranteed for these shows. Fox Club access
and Fox garage parking on the reserved member level
are included based on club availability/capacity.
FOX BROADWAY CLUB MEMBERSHIP
PRIVATE ENTRANCE/FOX CLUB ACCESS
The private entrance to the Fox Club is located on the north
side of the theatre, across the street from the Fox Garage.
The Fox Club is a private level of the theatre reserved for
members only. This area has limited capacity. Everyone
entering the Fox Club must have Fox Club tickets. The Fox
Club doors open two hours prior to showtime and provides
direct access to the private club level. Everyone entering the
theatre is subject to a security check, which includes a bag
check and wanding. Guests with general tickets are not per-
mitted on the Fox Club level and may enter the theatre on
Grand Blvd. starting one hour before showtime. Please note,
to avoid stairs at the Fox Club entrance, see “Accessibility
Needs” below.
DINING AT THE FABULOUS FOX CLUB
Dining on the Fox Club level is exclusive to members and Fox
Club ticket holders. The Fox Club is the perfect place to enjoy
pre-show dining in a magnificent setting. Our award-winning
Chef offers seasonal selections of savory appetizers, mouth-
watering entrees, Fox Club favorites, and tempting desserts.
Reservations are required for both the Grand Stairs and
the Fox Club Lounge. We encourage you to make reservations
early, as the dining rooms can fill up quickly. We are happy
to make multiple reservations for any of your upcoming
performances. Confirmation calls/emails will be made a
day or two before your performance. If you do not receive
a confirmation, call the Membership Office before arriving.
The Fox Club accepts all major credit cards.
INTERMISSION SERVICE
Pre-order and pre-pay for beverages and/or desserts to be
enjoyed at intermission. To place your order, simply stop by
the Fox Club Lounge or The Fox Club Bar before showtime.
To access the Fox Club level at intermission, use either spiral
staircase at the rear of the auditorium leading to the glass
door entrances. Please be sure to bring your Fox Club ticket
with you to access this exclusive members-only area.
COAT CHECK & RESTROOMS
Coat check service is available. Check in with the Fox Club
Hostess for assistance. Private restrooms are located on the
south side of the Fox Club level.
ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS
Accessible parking is available on the north and east ends
of the Fox Theatre lot adjacent to the theatre, and also in
the Garage at the Fox. Accessible parking is available on
a first-come, first-served basis for all theatre patrons with
an ADA approved tag and spaces cannot be reserved.
A drop-off area is provided in front of the blue canopied
accessible entrance; then proceed to the west garage
entrance and park on the reserved member level. The ac-
cessible door opens two hours prior to showtime for Fox
Broadway Club Members. All guests entering the theatre
are subject to a security check; which includes a bag
check and wanding. Please notify the Fox Club Member-
ship Office of any special accessibility needs and for
wheelchair assistance.
