The Family Tree Legal Advocacy Program offers a free legal clinic for survivors of domestic violence, stalking and
sexual assault where you can get legal information and guidance from an attorney regarding most family law
issues.
Services include:
o Advice, information, and assistance with family law cases including, but not limited to, dissolution of
marriage, legal separation, common law marriage, allocation of parental responsibility, and protection
orders
o Necessary paperwork is available for participants
o Crisis intervention, advocacy, and support from a Family Tree legal advocate
o Information and referrals to legal, community, and emergency resources
Clinics are available twice a month in English and once a month in Spanish. Call to register and get specific
information about dates, times, and locations of clinics.

Services available at the Rose Andom Center can provide assistance in the immediate aftermath of an abusive
incident, and/or as an ongoing resource to address longer-term needs and issues.
The following services are available to all survivors of domestic violence who are in need of information and help
in finding resources and safety for themselves and their children: Advocacy, Children’s Services, Civil Legal,
Criminal Legal, Medical, Self-Sufficiency, and Counseling
Staff can assist with filing protection orders and answering legal questions regarding divorce and custody,
landlord/tenant questions, and other civil legal concerns.
