Blue Lake Public Radio, a wholly-owned division of Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, is committed to protecting

the privacy of information that you provide to us.

Utilizing the Blue Lake Public Radio Streaming Media Application (the “STREAMING APP”) does not

record your name, address, e-mail contact information, payment information, or any other form of

personally identifiable information.

Our web servers do generate a log file for each session using the STREAMING APP. This log file contains

information provided by your internet service provider or wireless carrier. In exchange for the

consideration of content provided via the STREAMING APP, you acknowledge and grant Blue Lake Public

Radio and Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp a perpetual, non-exclusive, right to use and modify these generated

log files.

Information obtained in the log files will include, but is not limited to:

 The IP Address (Internet Protocol Address) of your device, which may also provide us with

general location data

 The date, time, and length of your session

 Connection speed information (timeouts, maximum, and average transmittal rate) from your

session

 Any errors encountered during your session

 A list of any files downloaded or viewed during your session

Preferences or voluntarily-shared information are saved on your device as a “cookie” (a file containing

information that assists the STREAMING APP by storing preferences, optimal streaming speed, or other

non-personally identifiable information). Blue Lake Public Radio and Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp do not

sell information collected by cookies.

The purpose of collecting and reviewing log files is required to help ensure the reliability of service we

provide to you and other users of the STREAMING APP.

By using the STREAMING APP, you acknowledge acceptance of this Privacy Policy. At the discretion of

Blue Lake Public Radio and/or Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, this Privacy Policy is subject to modification,

effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the STREAMING APP means

your continued acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.
