Michelle Hurley’s practice is dedicated in large
part to civil litigation of property subrogation
losses in the areas of products liability,
construction defects, workers’ compensation and
general torts. Michelle is widely regarded as a
leading authority in no-fault indemnification
claims in Minnesota and no-fault and med pay
subrogation across the United States. There are
few attorneys who are as familiar with
Arbitration Forums, Inc.’s rules and procedures
as Michelle. She also has the distinction of
having argued in front of the Minnesota Court of
Appeals and Minnesota Supreme Court.
Michelle has been a member of the National
Association of Subrogation Professionals
(NASP) since 2005. She has given a number of
presentations at national NASP conferences,
usually focused on national no-fault subrogation
and arbitration.
